After the race was reported by the vet who said the horse had bled from both nostrils. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 816.

Rider reported that his mount hung out throughout the event. He added that when racing tight to the inside of a runner in the early stages his mount lost ground when it shifted out - Race 225.

Rider stated that, in his opinion, the horse would be better suited by being ridden in a more conservative manner, particularly with the middle stages of the event being run inside of standard time. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 252.
