2 4 SPECTACULAR TALK (BV088) D Whyte B-/TT- Began fairly and niggled along to race 3Ls off leader on rail. From 400 M was pushed along to improve and gradually shifted out. All out 350 M out and ran on steadily but was no match for the winner.
3 5 GLASGOW KISS (CA190) C Williams -- Untidy start and soon settled 7Ls off leader 2 wide. Steadily improved to 3Ls off leader on straightening. Under pressure 350 M out and made up steady ground to grab 3rd place on the line.
4 9 COLLEGE TOWN (CB192) A Marcus B Hard ridden along in the early stages to race in forward position about 1-1/2Ls off leader on rail. Under pressure 500 M out and made up little turning for home. No extra in straight and stayed one-paced to the line.
5 3 HANDSOME MAN (BS012) Y T Cheng V Jumped awkwardly and dropped to the rear section. Remained there till home bend when crowded and made steady ground in home straight.

8 10 MAGIC WIN (BV196) W C Marwing B Ridden hard from wide gate to take up front running role, there until turning in commenced to weaken shortly after and only one-paced in the straight.
9 8 EASTERN TYCOON (CA261) E Legrix B-/TT- Began awkwardly and ridden hard but rear of midfield at stable bend. In some position throughout, ridden hard on home bend but never quickened.
10 2 FIGARO (CA053) W M Lai B Unable to show early speed and trapped wide worse than midfield. Raced very wide throughout and gave ground turning in.
11 12 CHUNG ON TREASURE (CA181) S K Sit B Restrained early to be in worse than midfield and wide. Ridden along before 600 M, never quickened and weakened badly in the straight.
