2 3 OUR JET (CD128) G Schofield -- Best out from wide draw. Failed to cross to the lead and ended up settling 4-wide better than midfield. Continued to be wide making the turn and was 3Ls down on straightening. Kept on well in the straight.
3 7 FLASHING STAR (CC018) Y Lerner -- Raced 3-wide in a forward position. A length off the lead on straightening. Stayed on well closing stages and just lost 2nd place at the line.
4 8 GOLDEN CARE (CD188) D Dunn TT Travelled wide behind midfield early stages and shifted across to the fence after 800 M. 5Ls down at 400 M and steadily made up ground in the straight.
5 9 PAOBRIDGE (CB073) A Starke B Ridden early stages to travel alongside leader at 800 M. Continued to stalk leader into home straight and had the lead briefly at 200 M. Unable to hold off other rivals closing stages.
6 5 VICTORY WARRIOR (CA338) A Delpech V Pressed forward to lead. Held a slim advantage on straightening and continued to vie for the lead until fading final 200 M.
7 1 FANTASY (CB187) R Fradd -- Dropped to the back shortly after start. Remained at the rear and was 7Ls down on straightening. Ran on and made up a bit of ground in the straight.
8 4 AMAZING VICTORY (CC085) S Dye TT Sluggish start from widest draw. Remained wide in rear section until the turn. Widest turning in and stayed on one-paced in the straight.
9 2 ALWAYS WELCOME (CC183) G Mosse B- No more than a length off the pace early stages. Struggled to stay on 500 M out and tired shortly after straightening.
10 6 BEST LUCK (CC062) W Woods -- Jumped awkwardly and raced 3-wide at midfield. Lack a response when pressured at home turn and weakened in the straight.
11 10 ENRICHING (CD116) B Prebble SR Jumped fairly and was allowed to drift back to rear section. Trailed field 700 M onwards whilst hanging in. Only managed to work past a beaten runner.
12 11 CLASSA FOR EVER (CD085) O Doleuze P1 Sluggish start and then was ridden along to make up ground. Travelled near midfield but failed to respond 600 M out and had nothing left in the straight.
