14 ENTHUSED (CH303) F Coetzee -- Amongst first few to break, took a sit behind pace pair 3Ls away racing 2 wide, gradually got closer on circle, 3Ls down turning, cruised up to hit lead at 250 M, drew away to win with something in hand.
12 SUNNY KING (CH105) M Nunes XB/H/TT Even jump, ended up behind midfield 5 to 6Ls back on fence, overraced but spent nothing in mid-section, kept to fence in straight, weaved between horses and closed off nicely for 2nd.
9 PRIME SCORE (CG280) G Boss B Away in line, taken back from a wide gate, suited with pace on, 8Ls back on circle, well down turning and came to middle, made up plenty of ground to finish a creditable 3rd.
11 GRAND CRU (CG265) D Whyte V Fairly out, ended up in midfield racing 2 wide 6Ls back, ended by fast pace, tracked up nicely on circle, made steady headway between horses in straight to make frame.
2 TOWERING FEELING (CG262) K Shea -- Lacked usual pace, ended up further back then expected 7Ls back in 2 wide line, still well down and in traffic turning, didn't really get a clear crack until race was over and finished off nicely.
1 RIVER JORDAN (CG194) D Beadman TT No real early pace, settled in midfield 3 wide without cover 5Ls away, did share of work with pace on, crept closer on bend, made good inroads on leaders to 100 M before run ended.
13 DASH AHEAD (CD199) M W Leung SR No early speed, raced behind midfield 8Ls back, used nothing in run and helped by fast pace, kept to inside in straight and only warmed up last 200 M. Good for further.
7 ELEGANT WIN (CG297) O Doleuze -- Fast into stride, raced on leaders back following a solid speed, right there on turning, challenged and briefly hit front at 300 M, soon weakened when hard run took toll.
6 CHEERFUL MASTER (CE309) G Mosse B/TT Taken back from a wide gate, shared rear 10Ls away, made a 3 wide run on bend, tracked 4 wide on straightening, gradually made ground to 150 M before run ended.
5 HORACE'S CHOICE (CH169) S Dye -- Even getaway, pushed up to race 4 to 5Ls back on rails, had ideal trip behind solid speed, kept to fence, on circle, didn't see daylight in straight and had plenty to offer but not properly tested.
4 FLUKE (CJ061) K L Chui TT1 Little dash from gates, shared rear 9 to 10Ls off leaders, helped by fast pace in mid-section, still well back on turning in, passed some tired runners in run to line coming from impossible spot.
10 WEI HAI INVINCIBLE (CH258) Z Purton SR/TT Reasonable break, pressed on and settled 4Ls back in 2 wide line, eased 3 wide at 500 M, close enough turning, couldn't dash with them from 300 M and only battled in finish.
3 IMPERIAL APPLAUSE (CG209) B Prebble -- No real speed, ended up 3 wide 7 to 8Ls away behind midfield, had cover and trailed well to bend, in traffic for best part of straight and lost run at 200 M, closed at one pace thereafter.
8 FAT CHOY FOREVER (CD111) C W Wong -- Showed plenty of pace to take up running, kept a strong tempo in mid-section, 1L clear on turning, challenged at 350 M and folded tamely to be well beaten.
