2 SUNNY GOLF (CH138) D Beadman XB/TT Stalked the leader along the rails. Peeled out near the 100 M, extended well when asked for an effort and did the job nicely.
6 JADE DANCER (CE170) M Du Plessis B Rated well in front, but was unable to hold on and was overhauled in the latter stages.
8 EXPLODING (CH046) Z Purton XB/H Travelled 2-wide with cover on the back of the leaders. Never quickened in the straight but held its ground all the way to the line.
1 ONE TOUCH (CH199) Y T Cheng B Positioned back in the field, 3-wide with cover. Closed off well over the final stages after switching out into clear running near the 100 M.
3 THAT'S IT (CE223) H W Lai B Raced 4-wide without cover, handy to the leaders. Battled on over the final stages.
7 TOUT VA BIEN (CJ020) F Coetzee P1/TT Parked outside the leader, under pressure by the furlong and failed to respond.
9 SUPREME COMMANDER (CJ112) C K Tong -- Raced behind midfield along the fence. Kept on somewhat one paced along the inside in the home stretch.
11 LUCKY TYCOON (CH318) D Whyte B A little slow to begin then was checked soon after the jump. Settled near the rear of the field, 3-wide with cover. Commenced to improve early in the straight before ending its run well short of the post.
12 ALL FOR ONE (CH180) S K Sit -- Became detached mid race, being several lengths off the tail enders by the 800 M. Ridden along to keep in touch for most of the trip, making up some ground on tiring runners in the straight.
5 WIKI WIKI (CD205) G Boss -- Settled with the rear division, 2 deep with cover. Failed to close off.
4 POWER DRAGON (CG084) P H Lo XB Worked forward to camp behind the two leaders, racing 3-wide without cover. Rolled out to be even wider after the 700 M, and was a beaten horse before the home turn.
10 WHAT A THRILL (CJ086) O Doleuze B-/P1 Always struggled to keep in touch travelling near the backmarkers, 4 deep with cover. Began to tire near the 600 M, coursing wide and was never likely.
