Racing Incident Report

AIN'T HERE and DYNAMIC FUN were slow to begin. In the early stages, GOODY proved difficult to settle and raced wide without cover. After the 1200 Metres, SUPREME RABBIT, which was proving difficult to settle, got its head up when being steadied away from the heels of LUCKY PARADISE. From the 300 Metres until the 200 Metres, AIN'T HERE, which had been beginning to close the race off strongly, was held up and unable to obtain clear running between WEALTHY TREASURE and DYNAMIC FUN. After the 200 Metres, AIN'T HERE was again steadied when crowded for room between WEALTHY TREASURE and DYNAMIC FUN which shifted in after being bumped by GOODY (R Fradd) which at this time got its head on the side and was shifting ground. R Fradd immediately stopped riding and straightened his mount. From about the 150 Metres, AIN'T HERE was again held up for running, then was checked as a result of being bumped by DYNAMIC FUN which itself became unbalanced and shifted in abruptly after being bumped by GOODY which again got its head on the side and shifted in. For a considerable distance after the 300 Metres, LIBERAL'S CHOICE had difficulty obtaining clear running on the outside of GOODY and inside BEETHOVEN. After the 300 Metres, SIROCCO was steadied and shifted to the outside of BEETHOVEN to obtain clear running. Near the 100 Metres, DYNAMIC FUN was struck over the nose by the whip of R Fradd. Over about the last 100 Metres, SUPREME RABBIT was unable to obtain clear running and was not properly tested. BEETHOVEN, CLASSIC MASTER and AIN'T HERE were sent for sampling.
