Racing Incident Report

The start was delayed as HEARTY SUPPORT was difficult to load into its starting stall. Before HEARTY SUPPORT can race again, it will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial. HEARTY SUPPORT then left the gates awkwardly and just after the start was bumped by NEW FACE which shifted in abruptly after coming into contact with SEREVI. Just after the start, THE ONLY ONE and KING CONFIDENT bumped. For some distance after the 800 Metres, HEARTY SUPPORT raced tight inside NEVER SAY NEVER which itself was awkward just inside the heels of SHABU SHABU. After the 600 Metres, NEVER SAY NEVER was steadied when awkward just inside the heels of SHABU SHABU. For some distance near the 500 Metres, SEREVI was awkwardly placed behind SUPER CENTURY which was giving ground. SHABU SHABU, which was following SEREVI, was also awkward as was NEVER SAY NEVER which was following SHABU SHABU. To obtain running after straightening, SHABU SHABU and NEVER SAY NEVER were shifted in abruptly. The performance of ALF, which was eased down before the line, was considered unacceptable. Before the horse can race again, it must perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial and must pass an official veterinary examination. ALF was sent for a clinical veterinary examination. SEREVI was sent for a clinical veterinary examination and sampling. On examinations of ALF and SEREVI after the race, it failed to reveal any abnormalities. NAMJONG SPIRIT and BOBO DUCK were sent for sampling.
