Racing Incident Report
While being transported to the course, GRANDWAY SHUTTLE sustained an abrasion to the bridge of its nose. GRANDWAY SHUTTLE was examined by the Veterinary Surgeon who said the horse was suitable to race. RARE was slow to begin. Shortly after the start, VICTORY MASTER shifted out and bumped PROFIT DAY. Also shortly after the start, C'EST LA VIE, which had a tendency to hang in, was steadied away from the heels of EASY KING. After the 800 Metres, SOLAR EMPIRE, which was proving difficult to settle, was steadied to avoid the heels of EASY KING. At the 500 Metres, PROFIT DAY was steadied when awkwardly placed close to the heels of WELL EXPRESS. Throughout the race, LUCKY TRIO hung out. MY PARTNER, RARE and WELL EXPRESS were sent for sampling.
